Shipping Policy
FREE SHIPPING On All Orders.

Orders placed before 1 pm EST Mon - Friday will ship from our Texas warehouse that same day. Orders placed after 1 pm (EST) or on the weekend will ship the next business day. Please be advised that We use UPS for many orders.
We ship to any location in the United States and its territories. We do not ship internationally (including Canada and APO/FPO addresses) at this time. Shipping is calculated based on item weight and distance from our warehouse. Rates are determined by FedEx.
No Free Shipping is available to AK & HI or to Canada. Please call us if you need any help. If you place an order set to be delivered to either of these 2 states, a member of our customer service team will contact you to discuss the shipping cost.

Return & Exchange Policy
Consumers may return their unused products within 30 days after receiving them. We kindly accept returns for product that is unused and in original packaging. The shipping cost of returning unwanted purchases to us is the responsibility of the consumer. To return an item, please contact us at care@techef.us for further instructions.

If any defect is identified by our services department, we will replace your items with the same products.

WRONG ADDRESS CHARGES - When the order is returned due to the incorrect shipping address, there may be a $15 charge.
