After dozens of uses and washes this pan grips nothing. Chicken breasts and fish fillets slide right off. The ceramic surface shows no signs of degradation and I could not be happier with it.
Heavier than a cheap pan but lighter than cast iron. It's a comfortable middle ground that I can handle easily. Perfect size for a family of three.
The cooking surface is great and nonstick performance is solid. Noticed a very slight wobble in the handle after a few months of use. Not a deal-breaker but worth mentioning.
