    Great brand, great pans!

These frying pans live up to the hype of this brand. They are solid, substantial, extremely flat, made with a safe nonstick coating by a reputable brand, and they work!Functionality-The pans fry eggs like a dream. They conduct heat on my gas cooktop perfectly and evenly. They are also induction compatible. We may get another set for our vacation home that uses induction. The pans are constructed with deep wells and the edges are finished to allow for drip free pouring. The handles stay cool in use. The pans can be washed in the dishwasher. Is it nonstick?Yes! The onyx cooking surface is truly non stick and very hard. I have experienced no scratches or burning. I confess to using all plain stainless surface all-clad pans for most cooking, but I favor non stick for eggs. These pans pass the fried egg test!Longevity-I have used them about 6 times, so I dont know at what point the non stick surface will begin to fail. It usually does eventually with nonstick coatings, particularly with eggs. The manufacturer claims that the onyx coating lasts 7 times longer than other non stick pans. If that is true, it is a game changer. So far though I love these pans, but only time will tell on the longevity issue.Looks-The pans look great. I think they have a professional feel and the onyx interior is both functional and attractive. I also like how the pans feel. These are not pans that will easily warp. There is a subtle sparkle in the pan finish when it catches the light a certain way. I tried to capture that in the photos.ValueGreat price for such high quality.

    Easy to use and clean!

Okay, these pans have been such a pleasant surprise. The set gives you three really practical sizes (8, 10, and 12), so youre basically covered for everything from eggs in the morning to bigger family dinners. The nonstick surface is honestly the star here, food releases really easily without needing a ton of oil, and cleanup is almost too easy (which is always the dream after cooking). They also heat evenly, so I havent had those annoying hot spots where one side cooks faster than the other.I like that they feel sturdy without being overly heavy. The handles stay comfortable during cooking, and they dont get awkward or slippery. The fact that theyre induction compatible and oven safe makes them even more versatile, which is great if you like finishing dishes in the oven or just want one set that works across different setups.Dishwasher safe is a nice bonus, but I still find myself just quickly wiping them down because cleanup is so effortless anyway.Overall, this set feels like a solid everyday kitchen upgrade, simple, reliable, and easy to reach for no matter what youre cooking . Definitely worth the money!

    Great pans!

This is a set of three frying pans, 8, 10, and 12 inch. Theyre not some ultra high-end cookware set, but for the price theyre honestly nicer than I expected. The nonstick works exactly the way it should. Eggs slide around, nothing sticks, and cleanup is quick with just a sponge and some soap. The 8 inch pan is the smallest and it works fine for little things. Ive used it for a couple eggs or warming up leftovers. My wife actually used that one the other morning to make an egg sandwich before work. Its not my personal favorite size for eggs, but it definitely gets the job done. The 10 inch is probably the one that gets the most use around here. Thats the size I grab when Im making bacon and eggs for myself or grilling up a couple grilled cheese sandwiches for the kids after school. It heats evenly on my gas stove and the nonstick surface has been solid so far.The big 12 inch pan is actually big enough to cook a full meal for the family. I used it to make ground beef and vegetables for tacos and there was plenty of room to stir things around without stuff spilling out. If youre cooking for four people, that one earns its spot in the set.Theres a sort of patterned design on the bottom of the pans. I assume its meant to help spread the heat better, though I cant say for sure if it actually does anything special. It might be a little gimmicky, but it does look kind of nice. The pans in general look better than most cheap sets Ive seen. Color is nothing special, but looks professional. I can't speak to durability yet, but no damage in 3 weeks of heavy use.Theyre also not super heavy. Some folks like a really heavy pan, but these are lighter and easy to move around. My kids can even help carry one to the sink without feeling like theyre lifting a weight plate. I suppose that makes them easier to use for someone who doesn't like heavy pans, and that makes them easier to clean.Im using them on a gas stove so I cant really say how theyd perform on induction. For what Im doing, thougheggs, bacon, burgers, and quick dinnerstheyve worked well. For the price, this is a solid set that does the job without any fuss.
