Really nice pans. They are extremely slick, wash easily, and heat evenly. I love that they work on my induction cooktop. I would not use metal utensils even though these are tough, since every nonstick eventually gives in to metal no matter how strong. Great pans for any nonstick job.
Used my new pans for a week now and they do exactly what was promised. Very easy to clean and the heat spreads evenly. I have not burned anything yet, and I stick to their rule about mid level heat settings. Good quality and well made. Breaking the habit of adding a little oil is hard, but I have not really needed it, though it depends what I am cooking. I would buy more from this line and I plan to soon.
Food cooks evenly without sticking and cleaning is a breeze.
