really nice skillet, no complaints on performance. eggs slide, cleanup is fast, heat is even. its slightly heavy, which i feel when its full and im pouring something off one handed. not an issue for me but worth knowing if your shoulders or wrists give you trouble. four stars purely for the weight, everything else earns five.
Eggs and turkey bacon go in it nearly every morning. I never crank the flame up high, since moderate heat cooks evenly in this pan. A little Pam and it washes with hot water and soap. Still looks brand new.
Nothing beats it for nonstick. Washing takes seconds, it's sturdy without being a lump, and I'm very happy with it.
