Doesn't matter what goes in it, cleanup has never taken me longer than half a minute. Soapy water, one pass with a sponge, looks new again. You come to appreciate that kind of consistency.
Fast to heat, even across the base, releases food cleanly, washes in seconds. That is the entire list of things I want from a saucepan and it went four for four. The glass lid is a nice extra.
Wonderful pan that has replaced my 2-quart sauce pan. It's light, which is kind to my arthritic hands, wrists and arms. The cool handle really does stay cool. The vented lid fits perfectly and cleanup is a snap with the ceramic surface inside and out. It matches my CeraTerra 12 inch fry pan. No foul chemicals or metals in it, and it was a big plus that it isn't made in China. Great buy at the price.
