After reading about chemical concerns in cookware, I researched extensively before buying this. The coating is genuinely free of all the problematic compounds and it performs beautifully. Really glad this exists.
Tested on my portable induction burner and the pan responded beautifully to temperature changes. Heat distributes evenly from edge to edge. Very impressed with the induction compatibility.
Skeptical of ceramic nonstick after bad experiences with cheap versions. This TECHEF pan changed my mind. Proper construction, proper coating thickness, proper heat distribution. This is what ceramic should be.
