The glass lid that comes with this pan deserves its own mention. It fits securely without rattling, the glass is thick enough to feel substantial, and the handle stays cool during simmering. Being able to see inside the pan without lifting the lid and releasing steam is a convenience that sounds minor but genuinely affects the cooking process. It is a well-matched accessory to a well-made pan.
The marketing claim about nonstick performance is actually true. Food releases cleanly with no effort, even without much oil.
Put it in at 425F for 20 minutes and nothing warped or discolored. The pan came out looking exactly as it went in.
