I never recived the item and you have not responded to an email and don't answer your phone it seems.
Gas range indoors, portable induction burner on the deck, and it heats properly on both. Not much of my cookware manages that.
Love this pan. The size is great and it washes up so easily. I fried three pounds of ground turkey in it, which fitted well, browned nicely and left nothing stuck. My only complaint is quality control: the package arrived undamaged and we wrapped it as a Christmas gift, then when it came out of the final packaging we found the edge of the lid was damaged. It doesn't affect the seal with the pot, only the look. We didn't bother with a return since it still works exactly as designed, and very well, but cosmetically it looks like it has been through the wars.
