Consistency is why this gets five stars. Same warm-up time, same amount of oil, same outcome, whether it is eggs at seven in the morning or a stir fry for six on a Saturday night. It has never grabbed food it should have released and never scorched anything. Half a year along and the surface behaves identically to week one. Cookware you can predict makes cooking far less stressful.
Surface went sticky after less than three months of infrequent use. Not happy.
Best thing I have bought for this kitchen all year, and it was not close.
