Terrific grill pan. The ceramic surface releases very well and the whole thing feels sturdy.
I didn't expect to have opinions about a pan and yet here we are. Zucchini, eggplant, peppers all come out with proper marks. The ridge depth is right and nothing catches.
Bought it as a birthday present for my husband and now there's a line for it. Chicken, asparagus, even shrimp � everything tastes better than it did in the beat-up skillet we were using.
