CeraTerra Griddle Pan

When I first ordered this griddle I expected to use it occasionally for pancakes. Instead it became my most-used pan by a wide margin. The large flat cooking surface turns out to be perfect for so many things I didn't anticipate: reheating pizza slices, crisping up leftover rice, warming tortillas, searing thin cuts of chicken, making grilled sandwiches. The even heat distribution means I never get a burnt spot in one area while another area is undercooked. After over a year of near-daily use the ceramic coating is still performing at the same level as when it was new. The stainless handle is riveted solidly and hasn't shifted at all. The pan goes in the dishwasher occasionally and comes out looking pristine. At this price point it genuinely overdelivers. I've already recommended it t.

Big enough to cook a full meal but not so large it's awkward for one person. The square shape makes more sense than a round pan for toast and sandwiches.

The moment I put it on the burner and watched it heat evenly I knew I'd made a good choice. Three months in and it still behaves exactly the same way. Consistent and reliable.
