Light in the hand and it seems durable. Only a few uses so far, but the surface is easy to clean. Time will tell how well it lasts.
Pros: light, holds up to heat, genuinely nonstick, easy to clean, thin cuts of meat sizzle and cook well, and the oil drain channels and hole work surprisingly well. Cons: it sits high on a butane grill, so more heat is lost, and the heat transfer is much lower than a stainless induction-capable grill on the same burner. It's less effective for thicker cuts, which end up more sauteed than sizzled. The drain hole needs a small jar that has to fit beside the butane stove, so it depends on your stove, though it worked with mine. The best heat is only in the center, which loses you effective grilling space around the edge, and that comes from the domed shape. Best used for outdoor camping where you want something light, or at home where you don't need very hot grilling and you're cooking very thin slices of brisket, more sauteing than high heat charring.
Well built product, and I'd recommend it to a friend.
