Easily the best BBQ grill pan we've owned. Just remember to season it again after each wash.
My range runs hot and thin pans usually can't cope for long. This one holds its shape and its coating even at a high flame. Built for real use, not the occasional fry-up.
Just over a year of owning this, cooking on it four or five nights a week. Eggs, roti, pancakes, steak, salmon, shrimp, marinated pork belly, teppanyaki vegetables. The coating has taken all of it. Nothing flaking, no dull patches, no spots where food starts to grab. It goes in the dishwasher a couple of times a month and gets hand washed the rest of the time, and honestly it looks close to how it did new. I also took it camping on a butane burner and the base stayed flat over that direct flame. Fourteen inches turned out to be the right call: enough room for the whole family, still fits in a normal cabinet. For forty dollars I'm buying a second one as a gift.
