Omelet Pan - Black/Large

Since retiring my old pan, cooking for a family of four means I make tamagoyaki almost every weekend now, and this pan has kept up without any complaints from me. The size handles a generous batch without feeling cramped, and cleanup afterward takes barely any time at all. My kids have gotten genuinely excited about breakfast since I started making this regularly, which was an unexpected bonus.

Well past the point of buyer's remorse, I picked this up mainly to make eggs for bento boxes and it's turned out to be one of the more useful things I've bought for my kitchen. The rectangular shape produces eggs that slot neatly into standard containers, and the rolled tamagoyaki looks genuinely nice once sliced. The coating has been easy to maintain and feels sturdier than similar pans I've tried before. My kids' lunches have noticeably improved since this arrived.

Week seven, this pan handled a somewhat chaotic first attempt at tamagoyaki during a family gathering, where three of us took turns trying our hand at rolling. Despite the inconsistent technique across different cooks, the coating released the eggs cleanly every single time, which kept the whole experiment from turning into a mess.
