After putting it through daily use, it transitions well between different heat sources without missing a beat. The coating rinses clean in seconds most of the time. It fits neatly in my cabinet, which matters in a small kitchen. Solid buy for anyone serious about making tamagoyaki at home.
This pan handles heat better than anything else I've tried at this price. It sits completely flat on the burner without any wobble. I don't see myself needing another pan like this anytime soon.
