Omelet Pan - Large

Case in point, this pan quietly became the most-used item in my entire kitchen without me really planning for that outcome when I first bought it purely for tamagoyaki purposes several months back. It started as a tool for just that one specific dish, but I've since used it for thin omelets, small pancakes, and even the occasional quesadilla when I'm short on other clean cookware. The coating handles all of that variety without any noticeable decline in performance, which genuinely surprised me given how specialized the pan's shape initially seemed when I first unboxed it. I've stopped reaching for any of my other pans for quick breakfast items entirely at this point, mostly because this one heats up faster and cleans up easier than anything else I currently own. It's a strange feeling to have a single-purpose purchase turn into the most versatile tool in the whole kitchen, but that's genuinely what happened here.

Contrary to my worries, good performance with proper care, though it's less forgiving of high heat than I hoped.

After nine weeks, the coating still performs like new after constant weekly use.
