A full year of daily eggs later and the release is very nearly what it was out of the box, which I have never managed with a nonstick pan before. I keep the burner on low or medium and only touch it with wood or silicone, and it has clearly repaid that. One serving fits it exactly, and the handle does not get uncomfortable even when I am standing over it for a while.
Tiny kitchen, tiny burner, and this fits both without crowding anything out. Results have been excellent since the first use.
Hard to overstate how much I like this pan. Liked the first one enough to order another. My pricey nonstick set actually scratches my glasstop range � this one doesn't touch it. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.
