Like it a lot. Omelettes are easy and so is the washing up. Love them.
Absolutely love this pan. The ceramic coating is free of PFAS, PTFE and PFOA, which gives me peace of mind while cooking. Unlike the traditional nonsticks I don't have to worry about harmful chemicals, and it still performs beautifully. One of the best things is how little oil it needs. The surface really is nonstick, so tamagoyaki cooks without sticking or tearing. The size and shape suit rolling eggs and the heat distribution is even, so everything cooks properly. If you make Japanese omelets, or you simply want a safe, high quality nonstick, this is an excellent choice. Made in Korea, which adds to the quality and durability. Highly recommend.
Hunted for a gem like this for a while and I can't say enough good things. My first three-egger rolled up perfectly, the heat distribution is excellent, and cleanup was instant.
