Pork belly Korean style is all I cook on this, and it is so good.
Not bad at all as a grill top. The key to getting the most from it is a burner with high BTU output. My camp burner was okay, though a stronger one would cook the meat faster. Food does not stick and it washes up very easily.
Set it anything less than perfectly on a gas burner and gas can build up, then wham.
