Finish on this is exceptional. It cleans so easily and completely with no scrubbing, and everything cooks the way I want. The coating also stays put rather than ending up in the food, which suggests it is safe to cook with.
Four months of daily use on low gas heat and it is still nonstick. Eggs are its main job and I keep metal utensils away. It heats well, feels balanced, and the shape and build quality are excellent.
Sizing is perfect for eggs and a glass lid I already owned fits it exactly.
