Onyx - 6-piece Set

I love TECHEF cook ware! Not only this set. I own other products also and wanted to get some more and got this set about a month ago or so and these pots and pans instantly became my everyday favorite. They are little heavy but I personally don't prefer thin layered pans or pots so it works for me. I mean compare to Le Creuset, it's nothing. Also, it requires less oil when I make pancakes, fry eggs, etc on my TeChef Nonstick Pans. At the same time it cooks fast and taste so good while the foods so crispy outside and still soft and moist inside. I love making stew and curry on my TeChef Nonstick Pots and it does not burns at the bottom of the pots and always so easy to clean. I am so in love with all of the TECHEF lines. I can't wait to get some more different sizes!! Thank you, TECHEF!!

Beautiful and cleans up so easy. I've owned a couple of the Techef small skillets for a few years and I knew when my current set of pans needed replacing that I'd love a set of Techef pans. They are cleaned easy by hand or dish washer and are very classy looking. My husband fried eggs in the big skillet and he's bad about cracking the egg on the side of the pan and then cooking egg on the side, it went into the dish washer and came out like new. No sticking and easy clean up is win win for me! I just wish there were a few different sizes of sauce pans.

Bought this set with high expectations based on reviews. The first two months were perfect but by month three the coating started showing gray streaks and food began sticking in spots. Tried using only silicone utensils and hand washing exclusively but it kept getting worse. Reached out about the warranty and the process was slow. For a pan promising lifetime durability this has been a major letdown. Would not repurchase at this price.

Hit my one-year anniversary with this set and the nonstick surface still performs like new. No peeling, no discoloration, no sticky patches. I cook every weekday and at least once on weekends. For a nonstick coating to survive that kind of workload and still perform like it did on day one is genuinely remarkable. The three-layer Teflon Platinum coating provides substantially better longevity than single-coat alternatives.

Could immediately feel the difference between this and my old stamped aluminum pan. The forged construction transmits heat more directly and the base sits flatter. No more uneven cooking. Tested both pans side-by-side with water droplets and on the TECHEF pan they dispersed evenly across the entire cooking surface immediately. That even heat distribution matters for every single dish.
