I cook for the entire week on Sundays and these pans handle back-to-back use without complaint. The coating shows no wear even after four-hour cooking sessions.
These pans cook really well and heat distribution is genuinely good. After five months I started noticing very faint surface changes in one pan's interior near the rim. Not peeling exactly but the texture feels different. Cooking performance hasn't changed yet but I watch it carefully now. Nice pans overall but I expected the coating to stay more pristine further into ownership.
Grabbed the stock pot full of water and the handle didn't flex at all. The double riveting on this cookware is not decorative, it is structural and truly secure.
