The commercial-grade aluminum construction is obvious from the moment you pick these up. Heavy, well-balanced, and the coating is smooth to the touch. After eight months of daily use they show zero signs of wear. The soup pot handles braising beautifully and the sauce pan is my nightly go-to for reheating. I have cooked everything from delicate crepes to high-heat stir fry and nothing has stuck or burned. The induction-compatible base heats up quickly and evenly across the entire cooking surface, something my old pressed-aluminum pans could never manage. Genuinely the best cookware purchase I have made and I have tried at least four other brands over the past decade.

The twelve-inch pan is the MVP of this set. Searing salmon or sauteing greens works beautifully with no sticking and no oil needed. The tall sidewalls keep splatter in the pan.

Despite the hand-wash recommendation I have run these through the dishwasher a few times out of laziness. No damage yet to the coating or handles. Would still recommend hand washing to preserve longevity.
