My electric coils have always been temperamental but this pan seems to even them out. Same temperature edge to edge no matter what the burner is doing.
Perfect size for stir frying, scratch resistant, and cleanup is easy. Food cooks evenly with hardly any oil, and I would buy it again.
Brown the meat, add your liquid, lid on and walk away. Braises come out tender and I've never had a sauce catch on the bottom.
