The pan worked quite well for about three months and I was genuinely impressed with the nonstick surface and even heating during that initial period. Then the nonstick coating started degrading in a way that made cleanup progressively harder with each use. I had only ever used soft utensils and hand-washed it carefully. For a product marketed as high-durability with a commercial-grade aluminum construction I expected much better longevity than what I experienced. Would not repurchase at this price when there are competing options that hold up longer.
The forged rim and dark finish give it a premium aesthetic. A pan I'm happy to have guests see on my stove when entertaining at home.
Used for boiling eggs, pudding, and reheating everything. The versatility is impressive for such a compact pan. Highly functional daily cookware.
