We set up a portable burner in the center of the table and use the 3.7-quart for a full hot pot spread. Pot looks great and keeps broth at the right temperature throughout dinner.

After about five months of careful use I noticed small areas of the coating coming off near the base. I only used soft utensils and hand washed it. Disappointed given the quality claims made.

I have been building a collection of quality cookware for a couple of years now and the TeChef Art Collection 2-quart pot is honestly the standout item in my kitchen. The forged aluminum construction is noticeably different from stamped pots. You can feel the difference just by holding it. The six-layer nonstick coating performs exactly as advertised. I tested it with eggs kimchi pancakes and thick stews and every single dish released cleanly with minimal oil. The induction compatibility was important for my kitchen setup and the pot heats evenly from edge to edge without any hot spots at the center. After four months of heavy use the coating still looks pristine. This is genuinely well-made cookware for the price.
