The nonstick coating does not discolor over time like cheaper alternatives I have used before.
Nothing sticks to this pan. Not even cheese sauce or sticky sauces. The coating is genuinely great.
The 5-layer nonstick coating is really something special. I usually destroy nonstick pans within a few months but this one has held up remarkably well. I cook at high heat frequently and use it for everything from searing chicken to making delicate sauces. The PFOA free coating gives me peace of mind especially when cooking for my kids. The pan is also surprisingly easy to clean. A quick rinse with warm water usually gets everything off without any scrubbing.
