Heat is even and the coating is great, so the pan itself gets no complaints. The lid is the weak point, since it rattles a little once steam builds up. Not enough to stop me using it, though it is the sort of thing that could be tightened up. The cooking alone still earns a recommendation.
Braver in the kitchen is what this has made me. I try recipes now that I would have skipped before for fear of scorching them.
One burner on my electric range runs hot and this pan seems to even that out. Food cooks the same all the way across now.
