Not very nonstick at all, sadly.
Ivory is the color I chose and they are beautiful, with deep sides that wash clean easily. I burned sausage the first time out, and my daughter pointed out that you cannot run the heat as high with these, so now everything comes out perfectly. I love them.
Bought these as a gift and the recipient was thrilled, using them daily. She likes that they are nonstick without leaving anything harmful behind.
