lovely pan, nice and solid feeling. Excited to use!
Thrilled with this pan, and my wife loves the purple color. I wasn't sure if I could make these omelets, but the very first one turned out about 95% perfect and from then on they've all been perfect and so simple. The pan heats up quickly and evenly, just add a little oil or butter and it's completely non-stick, and while we make Tamagoyaki in it, we now cook most of our eggs in it any style since it's so fast and clean up is a breeze. Highly recommended.
Loved every part of this pan. Just returned from Japan and had to get myself one of these to try the omelet, and it didn't miss. Handled the heat well; none of the food stuck to the pan. It cleaned up perfectly with hot, soapy water. If you are in the market for this style of pan. Get it. (small, not the large)
