This pan has genuine positives and real limitations. On the positive side, heat distributes evenly and cleanup is easy when the coating is working well. On the negative side, I noticed minor scratching from silicone utensils that technically should not cause damage. The pan is fine for casual cooking but I would not rely on it for daily heavy use long term. Adequate but not exceptional. Cooking for four is straightforward with the spacious 12-inch surface.
The sloped sidewalls are the feature I appreciate most about daily cooking with this pan. Tossing stir fries is effortless and sauces reduce more predictably. The nonstick surface handles sticky glazes without leaving residue behind. Heat comes up quickly and spreads evenly, so I spend less time managing the burner and more time focusing on the food. The forged construction feels premium and has not warped. Bought the 8-inch and it fits one burner ideally.
Bought the 8-inch for my college dorm and it is the best small pan I have tried. The 10-inch size covers most everyday cooking needs comfortably.
