After going through four different nonstick pans in the past two years, I finally found one worth keeping. The ceramic coating on this skillet is still completely intact after five months of daily use. I cook everything in it eggs, chicken, fish, vegetables and nothing sticks. The stainless handle is sturdy and well-riveted, and the pan is heavy enough to feel quality but light enough to toss food easily. This is the pan I'll be recommending to everyone I know. Great product overall.
Disappointed. Pan stained after a few weeks of normal use and the stains wouldn't clean off with gentle methods. Surface still works but looks bad.
Worst pan I have bought in years. The surface started staining and sticking within a month. Eggs are a disaster now. Avoid.
